It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Rooms in Best Western Lakewood were very clean. There was a garden too.
-
The hotel of choice in Lakewood. All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Convenient location, just a walk down to everything I had planned to do. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.
-
We would definitely recommend it to everyone, book this hotel. Professional staff members.
-
Standard Ok. But too expensive for the location.
-
Lakewood is a pleasant place. Breakfast at the hotel ok.
Would be nice if it was cleaner. Hair in the sink when we arrived and tables, shelves dusty. The chambermaids wanted to make our room in the morning, although we were still there.
-
Good breakfast, surprisingly quiet.
Construction site in front of the door, therefore difficult to reach.
-
Breakfast good for American standards
-
Spacious rooms, friendly reception, great laundry facilities and a heated clean pool. The breakfast was very rich for American standards. All very clean.
-
Spacious room, good breakfast (Continental)
The rooms are quite dark in daylight

The staff was great!!
We did not receive our Best Western reward points because they don't except third party reservations anymore for points. Well, that would have been nice to know that Best Western doesn't do that anymore before we made a reservation. We are reward members but did not receive any notice about this before hand. Have used third party reservations many times before this with great success!!!!

The room was quiet at night, which made sleeping easier.

Clean - no adverse smells, 'except' for the oil & gas from the leaf blower - my request for a quiet room was accommodated 'except' for the leaf blower which was obnoxious from 5:30- 7:30pm ... friendly & personable staff ... would like to stay here again but only if I am assured that noisey equipment is used before 5pm ...
Appreciate their 'quiet' time' policy from 9pm-7am; however, did not appreciate the fact that the yard crew were noisey, (plus the gas/oil fumes) with their leaf blower from 5:30-7:30pm in the parking lot & outside my window. I could not talk on the phone or listen to the tv or concentrate on my work. The front desk referenced the 'quiet policy' when I contacted them - I did not understand that the staff were allowed to be inconsiderate of their guests, to create an uncomfortable environment 'except' during 9pm-7:30am ... when I checked out at 11am it was quiet, no yard/landscaping crew in sight - this would have been 'the best' time to use whatever noisey machinery required, not a time when guests are checking in & trying to work, rest, connect w/family and/or colleagues ...

Nothing
Hotel manager accused me of lying when I informed her that I had been bitten by fleas the first night I had stayed at the hotel even when I had photo evidence. I reported this hotel to my employer, the Washington State Department of Health.

1. Good bed, plenty of pillows, nicely made! 2. Nice leisure chairs (upscale looking & comfortable) 3. Room looked very tidy upon arrival 4. Nice breakfast area, well supplied, and pleasant lady bringing in more things 5. Wifi access--no instructions so had to call desk 6. Front desk when checking out said several messages but none were forwarded to our room
1. Mattress sagging but still was okay for comfort 2. Iron drips water onto my clothes I was ironing/couldn't correct it, but left a message 3. Garbage was left from previous occupant behind the wastepaper basket and also some plastic wrap left behind desk but visible 4. Entry door looks rather beaten along the lock edge 5. Could have used a 2nd bar of soap 6. Liked the breakfast & very clean & tidy there 7. Liked the suitcase holders and plenty of hangers 7.

Location. Breakfast room was nice.
Handicapped room was only partially handicapped. The portion I needed was the grab bars at the toilet, which were non-existent
